It looks like TERRY BOUCK was inspired by the RACHEL DOLEZAL Story, of Spokane, Washington, as described in the article from the links below.

In spite of TERRY BOUCK'S deceptions, it is  for certain, the NAACP will find out what the truth is, BUT one of these AFRICAN PIGMY TRIBES will believe his story.
