Having the same name sake, as DAVID LIVINGSTONE: 1813 - 1873, [British Famed Africa Continent Explorer], I have been following this TERRY BOUCK case of Public Office Abuse, and claims of visiting AFRICA, into very primitive 3rd World Areas. 

Due to the demonstrated Psychotic Behavior of TERRY BOUCK, it is quite possible, he is a victim of EBOLA or AIDS - HIV, which originated in AFRICA. 

TERRY  BOUCK could have brought EBOLA and/or AIDS - HIV back to  the United States from AFRICA. 

TERRY BOUCK should be kept away from the public, in complete ISOLATION, until it is determined by the Medical Authorities, whether or NOT, if TERRY BOUCK has EBOLA, or - AIDS - HIV viruses. 

TERRY BOUCK could be a danger to the Public throughout Billings, Montana due to spreading either of these HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS Dangerous AFRICAN Originated Diseases. 

The Billings Clinic, and other Medical Authorities, should be notified, as soon as possible, of the possible danger TERRY BOUCK poses to the U.S. Public, due to a possible contraction of EBOLA, or AIDS - HIV virus during his claimed visits to AFRICA.

EBOLA and AIDS - HIV virus are NO JOKE.

TERRY BOUCK'S possible threat to public health, is NO JOKE.

Yes, your ABOVE quote refers to the November 4th, 2013 Meeting with TERRY BOUCK, last year, as demonstrated on the main www.terrybouck.com front page:  

" = TERRY BOUCK, who failed to be a neutral arbitrator, at the meeting, in violation to a public office, said he went to Africa, in a contesting tone.

~ First, the meeting was suppose to be neutral arbitration, which it was NOT, due to the unprofessionalism, and bias of TERRY BOUCK.

~ Second, why was TERRY BOUCK talking about Africa, when what ever he did in Africa, had NOTHING to do with the issue at hand?

TERRY BOUCK appears to be about '5 FEET and FOUR INCHES Tall.' 

Was TERRY BOUCK implying to have been a member of a PIGMY African Tribe?

Folks, this nonsense, perpetuated by TERRY BOUCK, made in abuse of a public office, is very REAL."
