MARK VENNER, a demonstrated Incompetent, and/or, unethical intentional purposeful actor, Principal at Sandstone Elementary School, located in Billings, Montana, was unable to solve simple issues at his level, Cried Wolf,  and created an unwarranted WITCH HUNT.

Instead of handling a minor issue at his level through investigation, which is allowed at the school level, MARK VENNER, as a demonstrated Incompetent Elementary School Principal, and/or, an individual with unethical malicious intent, created a WITCH HUNT at the Billings, Montana School District Two main office level. 

To add insult to injury, this minor issue was a regulation which was UNANNOUNCED, UNPUBLISHED, NOT PROVIDED IN TRAINING TO SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS, A NON-COMMON SENSE ISSUE, and NOT a violation in overwhelmingly most Public Schools nationwide, throughout the United States. 

MARK VENNER, as an Incompetent Principal, or intentional public office abuser, and TERRY BOUCK staff member, should be terminated from employment at Billings, Montana School District Two, along with the desired employment termination of TERRY BOUCK.
